Today, Robert manages the design, implementation and installation of Collaborative Houses many diverse commercial projects focusing in Multi-Family Housing, Offices, Community Spaces and Exterior Social Environments. These include such high profile projects as the recently completed Anchor Place, Century Housing’s Award winning Veterans Housing Project in Long Beach and the Holt Family Apartments, a Clifford Beers Housing project in Pomona. Other projects include The New Genesis, a Skid Row Housing Trust development, (the first multi-mixed use property in downtown Los Angeles) the 28th Street YMCA, a Paul Williams historic landmark restoration project in collaboration with Killefer Flammang Architects and Clifford Beers Housing. Robert consistently maintains a high level of quality in the execution of the projects he oversees which keeps clients coming back.
