These include such high profile projects as the recently completed Anchor Place, Century Housing’s Award winning Veterans Housing Project in Long Beach and the Holt Family Apartments, a Clifford Beers Housing project in Pomona. Other projects include The New Genesis, a Skid Row Housing Trust development, (the first multi-mixed use property in downtown Los Angeles) the 28th Street YMCA, a Paul Williams historic landmark restoration project in collaboration with Killefer Flammang Architects and Clifford Beers Housing. Robert consistently maintains a high level of quality in the execution of the projects he oversees which keeps clients coming back.
