Units: 80 Permanent Supportive Senior Units

Located one block north of MacArthur Park/Westlake Station on the MTA Red Line, the developement produced 80 modernized units averaging 472 sf per unit with a full kitchen and full bath. Half of the units are targeted for Homeless Seniors, including Homeless Senior Veterans, Homeless Seniors with substance abuse issues/mental Illness and Seniors at risk of being homeless.

Collaborative House furnished 40 units with custom designs to fit the needs of the project. In addition, Collaborative House provided custom furnishings for the public spaces consisting of the library, cybernet cafe, and lounges on each apartment floor as well as the management and case offices. The design of the interiors created a stylish, comfortable and warm environment focused on creating interactive spaces that offer a positive therapeutic value for its residents.
